Anthropomorphic
Anthropomorphic project for Illustrative Concept Design. Me as a dreaded lion rockin the one's and two's. I will touch it up a little more before it gets turned in. I feel like the values could be more dynamic.
2nd Cassette Release
For those who don't know. Outside of graphic design, I run a small niche Hip Hop Cassette Label. This release right here is a huge
milestone for me.
Cassette/Poster Design
Cassette/Poster design I did for the 2nd Strictly Cassette release. Featuring the legendary MC: GURU of Gangstarr. One of my favorite MC's of all time. This will be his first Post-Humous release. I feel fortunate that I was able to do this project. In fact, this is the first Hip Hop Cassette Single (Legendary format) released in more than 2 decades. A portion of the sales proceeds will be donated to Guru's family.
Pro-Gun Propaganda
In Illustrative Concept Design, we were given a Propaganda assignment. One of the hot topics right now is Gun Control. To me, Gun Control means using both hands. I'm not into politics at all but I think our constitutional rights should never be compromised. I thought that a graphic that appeals to our rights being taken away would be appropriate.
Our final medium is a Linoleum Cut board. I've never used this stuff before but basically I'm going to create a stamp out of my graphic. Here is the progress that I've made so far.
